She was a huge help to me in a recent 1031 property exchange. I was selling a house in Cottonwood, while simultaneously buying a house in Prescott. As you can imagine, I had many moving parts and pieces (two titles, the 1031 tax requirements, securing a loan, and much more). I had never done this type of transaction before and I encountered a number of puzzling obstacles. While Dana was only responsible for arranging the loan, she stepped in a number of times to directly help, or put me in the right direction when I was unsure how to proceed in any part of the process. Always got back to me quickly (which is more than I can say for other agents in this complicated deal).
