When it is time to choose a mortgage person to do business with, there are several key areas to evaluate.

     You certainly want to work with someone who has a great deal of knowledge about mortgages and the mortgage industry. You also want to work with someone who is well educated in general. Know­ledge is a key. It is not - by any means - the only important criteria to consider.
